I hope you find the information on our website interesting and informative.  RCR has a long and successful history in the plumbing industry, more than 30 years.  We’ve grown from our humble beginnings in 1977 with just a few employees and one location, to today where we have locations covering all of California and Nevada with over 900 employees.

Our success is directly related to our talented employees who show their commitment to customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.  From our Field Operations to our Management team, the diverse experience and dedication to continuous improvement has sustained our coveted reputation for three decades.  


As part of our commitment to quality, RCR utilizes the patented Hot Hydro™ technology. I have patented both The Hot Hydro™ system and related testing process. This machine tests all of our newly installed plumbing systems before any type of building or home is dry-walled.  This allows us to find leaks, if any, make repairs and ensure that the new owners or tenants are completely satisfied with their new plumbing system knowing that it has been rigorously tested. RCR also has a long history of dedicating resources to the training and development of our people.  We have a sophisticated field training program for plumbers and foremen, as well as a training curriculum for our managers and supervisors to provide them with the necessary tools to succeed in their roles.
