Job Title:          PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
Division:           00
Location:         Riverside, CA

Job Description:  Process payroll for 200 + employees including collecting, calculating and inputting time cards. Assist with reconciling payroll reports, reviewing payroll for accuracy and verifying the integrity of pay data.  Enters new hires, processes all pans, employment verifications, attendance and maintains employee files. Assist with daily garnishment mail and correspondences. Assist with various special monthly check runs as needed.  Other duties as assigned.  REQUIRED SKILLS: 3-4 years experience in payroll; Knowledge of all payroll issues to ensure compliance with federal & state laws. Prior experience with piece work and prevailing wage strongly preferred.  Ability to meet deadlines. Aptitude for problem solving. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling information. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel. Detail oriented, and well organized. Multi-task oriented. Team-player.

Job Title:          JR. ESTIMATOR

Location:         Las Vegas, NV

Job Description: Will support estimator.  Will help bid high volume of Multi-Family work and accurately and consistently bid commercial work.  Must have the ability to read blue prints and have knowledge of multi-family and commercial plumbing.  Must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook), the ability to multi-task and be well organized.  General knowledge of administration, clerical skills and have excellent customer service skills.

Job Title:          COMMERCIAL PLUMBING DETAILER
Division:           06
Location:         Riverside, CA

Job Description:   Use CAD software to complete all components of the mechanical system design (elevations, center lines and locations from building grid lines) to fit within the building structure, finishes and associated trades applications. Interact with customers and field personnel to ensure proper fabrication of plumbing systems. Effectively troubleshoot design errors and present solutions.  Create shop drawings for major mechanical systems in major construction projects.  Equipment room layout and detail drawings.  Maintain a protocol of documents in such a way that information can be retrieved and understood by peers.  Maintain drawing logs and RFI logs.  Must have expert knowledge of AutoCAD and related programming.  Must be able to read and interpret construction documents.  Must have current knowledge of Plumbing, Piping, and field installation methods.  Must be able to meet deadlines and work under time constraints.  Have the ability to communicate and coordinate with project personnel (ie Superintendents, GC, other trade inspectors, etc).  Ability to generate creative solutions; Uses feedback to modify designs; Applies design principles; Demonstrates attention to detail.  Have the ability to coordinate projects; Communicates changes and progress; Design/Build experience helpful.


Job Title:          PROJECT MANAGER

Location:         Riverside, CA

Job Description:   Should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and must be familiar with the latest plumbing codes.  Must be a team player.  Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of project management from contract through close-out.  Will have full project P&L responsibility.  Must be computer literate (spreadsheets, word processing, accounting, scheduling, etc.).  Must have excellent communication skills.  Some travel is required.  Desire: Cost, scheduling, estimating, engineering, accounting systems, plumbing systems, contract drawings and specs.  Candidate must have 10+ years of Plumbing Project Management experience in CA.

Job Description:   Negotiates with vendors for good and services, negotiating the best possible price and service guarantee.  Establishes Purchasing Policies and ensure compliance. Develops new supply sources where vendors are inadequate.  Examines bids, makes awards and establishes account/credit and terms.  Negotiates blanket purchase orders when appropriate and monitors cost during the time period.  Ensures Investment Budget rules are followed and keeps track of all PAP’s to ensure adherence to policy.  Checks requisitions for appropriate approval and account numbers.  Works closely with Receiving Department to ensure proper supplies arrived.  Traces delinquent arrivals from Purchase Orders and follows environmental and safety regulations and acts in compliance with US laws.  Complies with safety and corporate guidelines on business ethics.  Requires 8 to 10 years of purchasing experience and managerial experience. Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.  Organizational skills for efficient office control are mandatory.  Must have ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts.  Must have solid decision making skills and negotiating skills.
