Pulte Homes - An impressive trade partnership has blossomed, in recent years, between Pulte Homes and RCR Companies.  Along with the completed projects Kerrigan Ranch at Manor House and Claiborne at Ladera, RCR Companies is currently enjoying our trade partnership with Pulte on Water Mark in Lake Elsinore, Covington Heights in Yorba Linda, Bremerton and The Estates in Murrieta.

Beazer Homes - Beazer Homes and RCR Companies’ relationship has been one of the strongest in the Southern California construction industry for several years.  Together our success has been proven on past projects such as; Menifee Greens in Menifee and Berringer Creek in Temecula. This success continues currently on projects such as; Sheridan in Riverside, Estrella Hills in Wildomar and Suncrest in Coachella Valley, along with the many projects we are planning in the near future.

John Laing Homes - John Laing Homes prides themselves in being dedicated to the home buyer, and indeed they are just as dedicated to their trade partners. RCR prides itself on being one of those partners. Together we have helped in the construction of beautiful projects such as; Gold Cup and Grand National, both which are located in Mira Loma.  Under construction currently with John Laing Homes, we have Newport I & II in Menifee and Secret Garden in Chino which are all making great strides.

Standard Pacific Homes - Most recently our relationship with Standard Pacific Homes, in both the Orange County and Inland Empire divisions, has been renewed and is growing rapidly.  RCR Companies has been blessed with four new projects – Avalon and Lakeside in Menifee, River Trail in Mira Loma, Caprizi in San Clemente and Eagle Crest in Beaumont.  We look forward to many more Standard Pacific Homes project in this coming year.

Capital Pacific Homes - RCR Companies and Capital Pacific Homes have enjoyed a great partnership throughout our many years of working together.  We have completed Premiere Collection in La Quinta, Autumn Creek in Chino and Auburn Glen in Corona.  We are currently partnering on The Alders at Sycamore Creek, Vista Del Valle in French Valley and Sierra Peak in Corona.

KB Homes - Through the years KB Home and RCR Companies have built a number of homes together.  That tradition continues still, as RCR has been part of over 18 new projects with KB Homes in the Inland Empire alone.  RCR has had the privilege to work with multiple divisions of KB Home providing an outstanding product. These projects Include Belmont Hesperia, Tesoro Huntington, as well as Fairfield and Madison in Lake Elsinore.

Taylor Woodrow - In addition to the Azalea and Fairways projects located in the city of Corona, RCR Companies and Taylor Woodrow have teamed up again to work on the Cliffhaven project in Corona. We have been happy to include Taylor Woodrow in our list of clients and they have been a pleasure to work with.
