Aurelio Adame

Aurelio Adame began his career with RCR Companies in 1994 as a laborer at the young age of 17. When his foreman quit after Aurelio had only worked three days, Aurelio was very fortunate to meet Victor Alvaro, a Journeyman plumber, who took him under his wing and began teaching him the plumbing trade. Victor encouraged him to learn and Aurelio began taking weekly trade classes at the Riverside Division. Back then, Aurelio was driving 130 miles each day to go to and from work, but he didn’t miss a class for 3 years. With the support of his wife and family, Aurelio remained dedicated to RCR Companies and his efforts have paid off through promotions and company awards. In 1996 he was named Employee of the Month; and in 2000, he was promoted to Rough Foreman in our San Marcos Division. Aurelio takes great pride in his workmanship and he has excelled in all positions he has held. In July 2004 Aurelio was promoted to General Foreman, and later that year, in November, he was named Rough Superintendent for our San Marcos Division.

Aurelio has worked hard for the past 12 years and the investments that he made in his future over the past decade have proven very valuable. With 12 years of accident-free work history, he looks back with pride on his accomplishments. “If you really want to learn plumbing, you need a good attitude and dedication to go places,” Aurelio said. He acknowledges the many mentors he has had over the years and welcomes the opportunity to return the favor to our new, inexperienced employees.

Brendan O'Shea

In 1978, on a wet winter day, Brendan O’Shea began his career digging mud out of ditches in Placentia, CA for RCR Companies. At the time, only 6 other plumbers worked for the company. Brendan didn’t know then that spending time quizzing each other on the code book and competing against each other for quality and productivity would not only become part of RCR’s mission statement but also separate RCR from the competition and help build RCR’s future.

Brendan spent 2 years as a laborer and in pre-fabrication before progressing to Plumber and a year later to Foreman. In 1995, Brendan advanced to Field Supervisor of the Las Vegas division and then Operations Manager in 1997. In 1999, Brendan worked in the Computer Aided Design (CAD) Department before being named Operations Manager of the Colorado division.

Brendan is currently Assistant Division Manager in our High Desert division in Adelanto, CA. He is a certified trainer for cross linked polyethylene pipe, corrugated stainless steel tubing and 3D Q-pen certified. He is a licensed Plumber in California, Nevada, and Colorado.

RCR Companies has grown to over 2000 employees and has expanded into new markets. As in the beginning, Brendan is committed to quality and professionalism. He integrates his experiences into training, leading his staff and the field.

Brendan explains, “As our progressive reputation continues to build and we continue to incorporate innovative tools and concepts, RCR will continue to be the ‘Builders’ #1 Choice in Plumbing’ and when tomorrow comes we will already be there”.
